Fansler Construction began framing this week on its 303-unit Rustic Road project, located in North Venice, Fla., just east of Interstate 75.
The below photos show installation of the first elevator shaft as well as initial framing efforts.
Fansler Construction is working with Atlanta-based South City Partners on the $53 million development, which will feature a number of high-end amenities for residents.
The project is scheduled for completion in early 2025.
