Fansler Construction launches Continuum Alpharetta project

ALPHARETTA, Ga. – A new multifamily housing community is in the works in Alpharetta, Ga., a Jacksonville-based general contractor announced this week. 

The 280-unit complex is just one piece of Continuum Alpharetta, a 52-acre redevelopment plan, led by Southwest Value Partners, that intends to blend residential, retail, office, and recreational space at the corner of Windward Parkway and GA-400. 

Fansler Construction revealed plans for the project alongside development partners Equity Residential. The modern, 6-story building will feature a wrap-style design with an interior courtyard, and includes a spacious clubhouse and elevated second floor swimming pool.  

The design also incorporates an internal parking deck, retail and restaurant space on the ground floor, and a 6th floor Sky Club Lounge. Other amenities include a hospitality bar, mail and package rooms, outdoor fire pits, a putting green, barbeque stations, and a dog wash. The plans call for 196 one-bedroom units and 84 two-bedroom units. Atlanta firm Brock Hudgins Architects designed the project.

According to the development website, Continuum Alpharetta aims to “blur the line of ‘return to work’ and ‘workplace retreat’.” Overall, the development incorporates 507,000 square feet of office space, with plans to encourage walkability through incorporated nature trails and green spaces. 

The project is Fansler Construction’s third in the Atlanta metro area. It is scheduled for completion in January of 2028. 

Plans include an elevated second floor swimming pool.
