OVERVIEW
Fansler Construction is a certified general contractor headquartered in Jacksonville, FL specializing in multifamily and senior living construction projects across the Southeastern U.S. As your contractor, we manage all aspects of your project, from planning and pre-construction services to obtaining the certificate of occupancy.
PRE-CONSTRUCTION
Fansler Construction offers a full range of pre-construction services. During the pre-construction phase, our team will work alongside developers and design professionals from preliminary budgetary phases through contract agreements. We determine the scope of work, provide detailed cost estimates, buy out the project, outline scheduling and vet and procure subcontractors.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
As the project progresses, we schedule and manage all subcontractors while maintaining a safe, OSHA-compliant building site. Our team of professionals will communicate with owners, developers and all involved parties throughout the building construction phase of development to ensure the project is completed successfully and on schedule.
