Apela House

Apela House will feature two four-story apartment buildings with one, two and three-bedroom options. Outdoor amenities include a resort-style pool, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, and a branded bike share. 

Chastain Hill

The development will feature 14 tenant buildings with 208 one-bedroom units, 102 two-bedroom units, including six two-bedroom townhomes, and six three-bedroom units. Plans also include an expansive clubhouse and fitness center, resort-style pool, two standalone garages and a car wash.

SCP Macedonia

The development will feature three buildings on three separate parcels on Railroad Avenue, near the North Augusta Ballpark Village. Plans include a three-story structure with 58 units, a four-story structure with 170 units and a five-story structure with 85 units. Riverside Village will also house two clubhouses and a resort-style pool.

Jackson Parc

Estimated completion date: Summer 2026

Jackson Parc Apartments will feature seven 4-story buildings, seven townhome buildings and five free-standing garage buildings. The complex will also be home to an expansive clubhouse and resort-style pool. The project is part of "The Hive" development, a large mixed-use plan for the area. ​

Millwright Apartments

Estimated completion date: April 2026
