Through extensive collective experience, the Fansler Construction team has established itself as a leader in delivering quality multifamily projects across the Southeast. In 2017, President and CEO Jason Fansler began his own venture along with wife Dina - marking their first major project being an ambitious $50 million apartment complex located in North Jacksonville that broke ground late 2022. Over 15,000 units have been managed within this 100 combined years of professional building knowledge – making them highly reliable at getting any job done!

OVER 25 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
After 26 years in professional construction management, President and CEO Jason Fansler set out to launch his own venture alongside his wife, Dina, in 2017. The company broke ground on its premier project, a $50 million apartment complex in North Jacksonville, in the fall of 2022.

While the company may be new in name, it is not new when it comes to experience. The Fansler Construction team holds a combined 100 years of professional construction experience and has completed more than 15,000 units.
