August was a busy month at Apela House as crews moved forward with framing and exterior work at the site, located at 14355 N. Main St. in Jacksonville.
Apela House will feature 285 residential units with one, two and three-bedroom options. The community clubhouse will offer extensive amenities like a coworking space, 24-hour fitness center, pet spa, game room, and a Starbucks coffee bar. Outdoor amenities include a resort-style pool, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, and a branded bike share.
The project is slated for completion in the fall of 2025.
