JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A Jacksonville contracting company recently broke ground on its inaugural project, a 290-unit apartment community in North Jacksonville.
Fansler Construction will serve as the general contractor for The Note, a $49.6 million complex on Hyatt Road off Max Leggett Parkway. The community will feature three four-story buildings with one, two and three bedroom options for residents.
The Note is being developed by Chance Partners, a Jacksonville-based real estate firm specializing in high-end residential and mixed use communities.
“We’re excited to use our experience to bring quality multifamily development to the Jacksonville market,” said Jason Fansler, President and CEO of Fansler Construction. “Our partnership with Chance Partners will provide the growing North Jacksonville area with a superior community living experience.”
The staff of Fansler Construction carries a combined 100 years of construction experience, with more than 15,000 units completed.
“We have recruited some of the best professionals in the business to lead our projects,” Fansler said. “We look forward to providing more job opportunities in Jacksonville and beyond as we continue to grow.”
Plans for The Note also feature extensive outdoor amenities, including a resort-style pool, fire pit and outdoor kitchen, while the indoor clubhouse will host a coworking space, 24-hour fitness center, pet spa and a Starbucks Coffee Bar.
The project is scheduled for completion in summer 2024.
