Fansler Construction announced plans for Riverside Village in North Augusta, S.C. with developer South City Partners this week
NORTH AUGUSTA – A new multifamily development is underway in the Hammond’s Ferry neighborhood of North Augusta, a Jacksonville, Fla.-based contractor announced this week.
Fansler Construction will break ground next month on Riverside Village, a 315-unit luxury apartment complex, in collaboration with Atlanta developer South City Partners.
“We are thrilled to have the opportunity to bring our quality product to North Augusta,” said Jason Fansler, President and CEO of Fansler Construction. “Riverside Village will bring a new superior living experience to the beautiful Hammond’s Ferry neighborhood.”
The development will feature three buildings on three separate parcels on Railroad Avenue, near the North Augusta Ballpark Village. Plans include a three-story structure with 58 units, a four-story structure with 170 units and a five-story structure with 85 units.
Riverside Village will also house two clubhouses and a resort-style pool.
The project is Fansler Construction’s introduction to the South Carolina market. The company is also working with South City Partners on developments in Venice, Fla., Powder Springs, Ga. and Douglasville, Ga.
Riverside Village is scheduled for competition in early 2026.
