JACKSONVILLE – A new multifamily community is now under development in North Jacksonville, the project’s general contractor announced this week.
Fansler Construction recently broke ground at the future site of Royal Palms Apartments, located at 15275 N. Main Street, near River City Marketplace.
The project is being developed by Ceiba Groupe, a Fort Lauderdale-based real estate firm specializing in luxury multifamily and mixed-use communities. Royal Palms Main Street is the company’s first project in the Jacksonville market.
“North Jacksonville is growing rapidly and we are thrilled to partner with Ceiba Groupe to bring another quality community to the area to help meet the housing demand,” said Jason Fansler, President and CEO of Fansler Construction.
Royal Palms will feature 227 rental units across three four-story apartment buildings and seven two-story townhomes. The community will also offer many amenities for residents, including a high-end clubhouse, oversized gym, resort-style pool, a landscaped walking path, garages, and fenced backyards.
Royal Palms is Fansler Construction’s third project in the North Jacksonville area. The Fansler team completed the 285-unit complex Apela House earlier this year, and delivered a 290-unit community, The Note, in the spring of 2024. Both projects are located within a few miles of the 11-acre Royal Palms site.
Royal Palms Main Street is scheduled for completion in early 2027.
