TITUSVILLE, Fla. – A new apartment community is under development in Titusville, a Jacksonville-based multifamily contractor announced this week.
Fansler Construction recently broke ground on Millwright Apartments, a 255-unit complex at the corner of Columbia Blvd. and Challenger Memorial Parkway, about two miles north of Kennedy Space Center.
The project is being developed by Chance Partners, a Jacksonville-based real estate firm specializing in high-end residential and mixed use communities.
Millwright is Fansler’s third project with Chance Partners and first in the Titusville area.
“Our focus is quality and we are thrilled to bring our quality product to Florida’s Space Coast,” said Jason Fansler, President and CEO of Fansler Construction. “We hope to build on the success of our previous projects with Chance Partners and develop a superior community for future residents.”
The complex will feature two four-story apartment buildings and five separate townhome buildings. Amenities for residents will include an expansive clubhouse, fitness center, pet spa, a resort-style pool, grill stations, dog park, bicycle pavilion, and a nature path around the property.
Forum Architecture in Altamonte Springs, Fla. designed the project. Kimley-Horn is the civil engineer, and Susan Hall Landscape is the landscape architect.
Millwright Apartments is scheduled for completion in April of 2026.
