VENICE, Fla. – A 303-unit apartment complex is slated for development in North Venice, just east of Interstate 75.
Jacksonville-based Fansler Construction announced it will break ground on Rustic Road Apartments next month, located at 2600 Rustic Road and 1700 Ranch Road in Sarasota County.
The company is working with Atlanta-based South City Partners on the $53 million development, which will feature a number of high-end amenities for residents.
“We are excited to work with South City Partners to bring a quality multifamily residence to the North Venice area,” said Jason Fansler, President and CEO of Fansler Construction. “Rustic Road Apartments will provide a superior living experience with a variety of options for residents.”
The complex will feature nine different floor plans, including 162 one-bedroom, 121 two-bedroom and 20 three-bedroom units. Amenities for the community include a resort-style swimming pool, grill stations, fire pit, a dog park, dog wash station, putting green, fitness center, business center and game room.
The project is scheduled for completion in early 2025.
