Fansler Construction announces Asturia project in Odessa

ODESSA – Hundreds of new apartments are under development in Odessa’s growing Asturia community, a Jacksonville-based general contractor announced this week.
Fansler Construction recently broke ground on a 267-unit complex, Epoch Asturia, the newest addition to the 300-acre master-planned development, located off State Road 54 west of Suncoast Parkway.
The project is being developed by Epoch Residential Group, a Winter Park real estate firm specializing in creating luxury multifamily properties across the Sun Belt region.
“We are grateful for the opportunity to bring our quality product to the Tampa-area market,” said Jason Fansler, President and CEO of Fansler Construction. “The success of the Asturia development in Odessa will undoubtedly grow with this new addition.”
Epoch Asturia will feature five residential buildings, including three four-story apartment buildings with elevators and two three-story carriage buildings. Once completed, the complex will offer 16 studio apartments, 104 one-bedroom units, 116 two-bedroom units, and 31 three-bedroom units for lease.
The complex will house an expansive clubhouse, complete with a fitness center, communal work space, kitchen, game room, and leasing offices. Other amenities include a recreational hardscape courtyard, an infinity-edge swimming pool, a dog spa, fenced dog park, and 64 “tuck under” garage spaces.
Epoch Asturia is scheduled for completion in the spring of 2027.
