Fansler Construction announces Apela House project

JACKSONVILLE – Fansler Construction recently broke ground on a new North Jacksonville apartment project, which will bring 285 additional luxury units to the growing area.

Located at 14355 N. Main St., Apela House will feature two four-story apartment buildings with one, two and three-bedroom options for residents. The community clubhouse will offer extensive amenities like a coworking space, 24-hour fitness center, pet spa, game room, and a Starbucks coffee bar. Outdoor amenities include a resort-style pool, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, and a branded bike share.

The Jacksonville-based multifamily contractor is working with developer Chance Partners on the project. The duo recently completed The Note Apartments, a 290-unit complex just a half mile from the future site of Apela House.

“We are thrilled to continue working with Chance Partners to bring even more quality multifamily development to the area,” said Jason Fansler, President and CEO of Fansler Construction. “We hope to build on the success of The Note and continue to expand our footprint here in Jacksonville.”

Chance Partners is a Jacksonville real estate firm specializing in high-end residential and mixed use communities. Apela House will be the company’s ninth development in the Jacksonville area. Other Chance developments include Eastborough Apartments, San Marco Promenade, Barlow Apartments, and The Exchange.

Apela House is slated for completion in the fall of 2025.
